Morning Meditation


I have been meditating every morning for the last 5 months. I usually wake up around 6:00 am, and concentrate on my breathing for about 15 minutes. Every day I am able to release my mind from the world around. This morning task has changed my thought process throughout the day. I feel different. I feel great. I have overcome my stress level and found some inner peace in myself.
