relaxation

Take time to relax. . .this is a hard one for me! I go and go and go, seldom stopping to enjoy the ride. With this new realization, I decided to plant a garden, a small garden to relax in. I am not a gardener, but hope to learn realation techniques. Yesterday, I went to Walmart and purchased tomato, cucumber, squash, red, green and yellow peppers with a couple bags of miracle grow. I came home and weeded and turned the area to plant, then proceeded to empty the potting soil and turned the soil again. Once the soil was even I began to plant. Following the directions I was able to plant all the plants, water and then admire my work! Relaxing? You bet! Alone for those few hours calmed and gave me time to ponder what was in my soul. I loved it and found the time was MINE.
Thanks for the reminder Dustin. I will take the time to relax and enjoy the ride.
